Policies and Procedures for Independent Discussion

Regarding Strive, Inc. (“Strive”) and Strive Securities — Effective January 1, 2026

The below policies and procedures are being formally established by Strive and True North with respect to True North contributors (the “Contributors”) in order to reinforce Strive’s commitment to editorial independence by the Contributors. Strive fully recognizes the value of editorial independence and the ability of Contributors to discuss all aspects of Bitcoin and the Bitcoin ecosystem, which may include Strive and its various securities.

1. Independence

Contributors are under no obligation to discuss Strive, and under no obligation to refrain from negative discussion on Strive. Strive undertakes that any compensation or revenue sharing to be received by Contributors (e.g., due to potential advertising or sponsorships on the True North podcasts) will bear no relation to such Contributor’s discussions on Strive or Strive’s securities (or lack thereof). In order to promote this editorial independence, contributors that receive any direction, inducement or pressure to discuss Strive (in a positive manner or at all) or to refrain from discussing Strive (in a negative manner or at all), or feel they have been adversely impacted due to a failure to do the same, are required to contact Logan Beirne, Strive’s Chief Legal Officer, immediately.

2. Promotional Discussions

Contributors agree that any positive commentary regarding Strive or its securities must reflect such Contributor’s honest views. In order to further editorial integrity, Contributors are encouraged by Strive to remind listeners, viewers, readers and/or attendees at speaking events that True North is powered by Strive and that any discussions by Contributors remain editorially independent pursuant to these policies and procedures, which are to be made publicly available on Strive’s and True North’s respective websites. If a Contributor receives compensation from Strive separate from True North advertising or sponsorship arrangements, Contributors are encouraged to disclose that relationship when discussing Strive or its securities. Contributors have full editorial decision-making authority with respect to discussions of Strive and its securities but are encouraged, as with any positive discussion with respect to potential investments of securities, to balance any positive commentary with balanced discussions of risks and uncertainties. In order to encourage compliance with applicable law and these policies and procedures, contributors shall notify Logan Beirne, Chief Legal Officer, following publication or discussion of Strive or its securities in a positive manner.

3. Balanced Discussions

Contributors are not required to devote any attention or discussion (including any positive attention or discussion) to Strive or its securities as compared to any other similarly situated news. Discussion regarding Strive or its securities, including during significant events of Strive (such as a public offering of Strive securities), shall be in the full discretion of the Contributor.

4. Material Non-Public Information

Strive and the Contributors agree that no material non-public information regarding Strive or its securities will be shared with the Contributors absent specific agreement between Strive and such Contributor. To the extent any Contributor receives any material non-public information regarding Strive or its securities, Contributors agree they shall notify Logan Beirne, Chief Legal Officer of Strive. Contributors are not prohibited from discussing material non-public information regarding Strive derived from outside sources to the extent not otherwise prohibited from doing so pursuant to applicable law or other agreements. However, in order for Strive to comply with applicable reporting obligations, Contributors are required to notify Strive immediately prior to such dissemination of such information.

Note: Any Contributors that are employed by Strive and receive compensation from Strive separate from True North advertising or sponsorship agreements shall be subject to certain restrictions on “positive” commentary regarding Strive to be communicated separately by Strive’s Chief Legal Officer.
